Wipro Talent next Program 2021

 

Eligibility was:

  1.   BE/B.Tech students who would be graduating in the year 2021 only

  2.  Wipro TalentNext associated colleges which have WCF (Wipro Certified                                 Faculty)

3.CS,IT and Circuital branch students are only eligible for the TalentNext program

4.Each WCF Trained Faculty can nominate a maximum of 150 students

 5.Students should have a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above in 10^th, 12th and Graduation

 Talent Next Program methodology

1. Wipro Certified faculty will conduct PBL Java training for their 7-semester student.

2.Training will be Provided on java using PBLApp.

3.Individual Access will be provided to nominated students on the portal. 

4.Wipro Certified faculty to ensure that 200+ hours of training is provided on the prescribed syllabus.

5.The Learning Phase consists of 3milestones. nd

6.On completion of each milestone, candidates will go through an assessment on MCQ and Logic  Building.

7.Candidates will be awarded certificate upon successful completion  of Milestones and assessment on MCQ and Logic  Building.

8.Final assessment for students completing the TalentNext program will be conducted during the campus hiring cycle.

 Process:

1. First thing to note is that this Talent next program is conducted in some 30 (or more) colleges only of India.

2. Wipro give training of one month, probably in  between third and fourth-year semester break on Java  development, covering both core and advance java topics, and conduct 3 MILESTONES (MCQ and Coding test) within that 1 month only, within every 10 days or so,

3. you need to clear all 3 milestones (cut-off is generally 60–70% for each milestone).

4.Once you decide to get recruited through TalentNext, you need to go through 4 rounds- 1) Coding round (pattern similar to milestone) of around 150 minutes 2) English round of around 37 minutes 3) Technical Interview 4) HR Interview.

NOTE: Every above-mentioned round is an eliminatory round, so be serious through out the process.

1. This program will equip students on Digital Skills (in java Stream) using the PBL Methodology while they are still in their 7th semester.
