GrapeCity: Internship Interview Experience

 

Criteria

• Good attitude (people-wise, sincerity, disciplined, proactive).
• Good in problem solving and analytical
• Hands-on coding on any of the programming languages C, C++, .NET, Java or Python (Coding interest is required even for the testing role). 
• Flexible to adopt new technology and GC-profile (that we discussed with the college in the past)
• Interested to join GrapeCity long-term
• At least 60% cut-off throughout

selection for Internship

• Online test of recommended candidates
• HR Round (Through Microsoft Teams)
• 2~3 days Workshop on Testing basics

 Round 1(Online Assessment):

It was 30 min online test consist basic aptitude and technical questions,no handson coding required for this test.

Round 2(Final Interview)

This was Hr interview held on Microsoft teams.

Whole Interview process:(grapecity interview questions)

1.Introduction

2.The interviewer asked about my school life.

3.why did you choose android to make projects?

4.Have you done an internship in some company?

5.what is software?

6.I answered according to me but the interviewer was not got satisfied with my answer.

7.The interviewer asked about my father's profession?

8.Then the Interviewer told me you have to make software which makes your father's job easy.How can you make that software. Discuss the approach.

Note: I  answered his most of the question but the interviewer wants the answers according to him and my answer did not match according to the interviewer mindset Although my answers were not wrong. but I not got selected for grapecity internship program.

Final Verdict: Not Selected.
